Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please read the information below and send both the invoice and parcel to:

ReemClothing.com offers a hassle free returns policy. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) that you have purchased you may return them to reemclothing.com within 14 days of receipt*. We will issue a full refund (original postage charge will not be refunded) or exchange the item(s), provided that the item(s) are returned in their original condition**.
Please make sure you include your receipt with the item(s) you are sending back. To obtain a receipt you can simply log in to your account, click on view order history and print one out there. Please note that there will be delays on refunds where no information is included in the parcel. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) to reemclothing.com. This includes any customs or import duties levied on the returned item(s) (only applies to non European Union countries).
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Popular services are Royal Mails Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery Services (ask your post office about these).
Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.

Exchange Information
We can only exchange the same item for a different size.
The quickest way to make an exchange is to re-order the size required and send the item(s) you don’t want back to us for a refund.
If you wish to change the item(s) for a completely different item or colour then you will have to place a new order for this and return the other item(s) back for a refund.
An additional delivery charge will have to be taken to send the exchange back to you. We still send our exchanges fully insured via a courier on a next day service. The cost will be the same as our standard delivery charges (this is a similar cost to going to town to return something).
Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process your exchange. If for any reason we are out of stock of the item we will e-mail you about this.
* The original postage charge will not be refunded.
** When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing aftershave/perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item(s). We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed, or where the item(s) have been soiled in any way. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy
Reem Clothing are totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. The Reem Clothing team members are customers themselves of other Internet sites and fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you.
Your Consent
We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address or any other personal information to any third party without your permission. If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters and entered any of our competitions, or advised us of your e-mail address, postal address & telephone number we may occasionally update you on news and special offers via e-mail, post & telephone. At no time will your card details be shared at all.
Communication & Marketing
By becoming a member of Reem Clothing and providing Reem Clothing with your email, postal address, telephone number you consent to receive communication from us about our latest products and special offers (Our emails refer to your Reem Clothing membership and the products & services we offer) which we think may be of interest to you, the information may also be used to notify you of products and services of third parties, which may be of interest to you.
Opting out of Communication
All Reem Clothing members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties – this option can be selected when signing up for a reemclothing.com account. If you do not wish to receive marketing (emails, postal, telephone) from us and/or selected third parties we recommend you opt-out by contacting us with the methods of communication that you wish to opt out of. Alternatively when you receive an e-mail you can use the unsubscribe feature at the bottom of the e-mail.

We may compile aggregate information about areas of our website that are visited most frequently. A cookie is used which enables Reem Clothing to gain information about areas of our website that are visited most frequently. This traffic information can be used to enhance the content of our website and make your use of it easier. We do not track which pages you looked at while visiting our website. If you wish to reject our cookie, you can configure your browser to do so.
Checking your details
If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to Reem Clothing you may do so by contacting us via the e-mail address, telephone number or address given below. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of your e-mail address and password submitted upon registration. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser's password memory function as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information - write it down and keep it somewhere safe.

5. E-tail of Products and Services
By making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product which we will accept to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure. Reem Clothing are absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by emailing you or else by calling you. We will also provide the identity of the party you have contracted with. This may be Reemclothing.com or in certain cases a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Reem Clothing is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party. When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services or bids made at auction are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request or bid and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods, services or bid. 14. Governing law and jurisdiction
