All parcels sent to mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands) are sent via DPD.

DPD provide a Next Working Day Delivery Service and will email / text you on the day of delivery to advise of the one hour time slot that you can expect your parcel to be delivered.

For Non-Mainland UK addresses and the Scottish Highlands we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees next working day delivery between 8:00am - 1:00pm.

Free Delivery Terms & Conditions: OFFER HAS NOW ENDED (21 July 2015)

1. The Free Delivery offer is only applicable to parcels being delivered within the UK

2. Your order must be to the value of £50 or more (excluding delivery charges) to qualify.

3. If items are returned and your order value works out to be less than £50 a £4 delivery charge will be deducted from the return.

Please note that in order to have your order shipped on the next working day service, you must place your order before 3.30pm on a working day. Any orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends will be delivered within 2 working days.

Parcels may be delayed if we feel further fraud prevention security checks need to be carried out.

When will my order arrive?

All orders placed before 3.30pm on a working day will arrive the following working day. Any orders placed after this time will arrive within two working days.

How much is delivery?

All UK deliveries are sent at a flat rate charge of £4.

Can I get my parcel delivered to a different address?

You have the option to add a different delivery address when placing your order with us. Please note, for your protection, there may be a delay in despatching an order to a different address, due to fraud prevention measures. You will be informed if this is the case.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

Can I change my delivery address after my parcel has been despatched?

We encourage you to choose an address at the checkout where someone will be to sign for the goods. In the event that you want your parcel delivered to a different address after the first attempt, please contact us on 0113 244 1345 and we can do this free of charge, providing the parcel does not have to be sent to a different DPD depot. Please note that this is only possible if your order has been sent via DPD.

DPD have not delivered my parcel?

If you are not in on the first delivery attempt DPD should leave a card through your door giving you further instructions. If you have not received this, please either email or call customer services on 0113 244 1345 where we will be able to help track your parcel.

Royal Mail have not delivered my parcel?

If the delivery is missed, Royal Mail will post a card through your door and give you further instructions on which local sorting office to pick your parcel up from. In nearly every case it is the one closest to your house.

Can I track my parcel?

If you have not received your parcel when expected you can email us or call 0113 244 1345 where we will be able to help track your parcel. If emailing, please ensure you include your order number and we will send you a tracking number that can be used on the relevant website.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up orders from our warehouse.
