How can I pay for my order?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

We take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. You can also pay with Reem Clothing electronic gift vouchers.

What is Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode?

Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are services that protect your card details with a personal password, designed especially for customers who shop online to give added security. They allow you to create your own password, which only you know, to use every time you shop online using these cards.

When will I be charged?

When you reach the final billing page and press 'Submit Your Order' we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.

If the payment is authorised, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order, and payment will be taken from your account.

If payment is authorised but we have a query with your order, an e-mail will be sent to you to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query after 5 working days a full refund will be issued back to your card.

If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an instant notification on screen. If the card issuer is refusing your card there is nothing we are able to do as this is beyond our control. You will have to either try an alternative card or try again the next day.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes you do, but it's simple to do and allows you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. You will also receive benefits such as regular newsletters, exclusive discount/promos and special offers. You can start shopping straight away and set up your account when you checkout.

What currency do you use?

All Payments are taken in UK sterling (£/GBP). If you’re purchasing from outside the UK, the £/GBP price will be converted to your own currency by your bank/card operator. You can use the currency convertor on each product page, to estimate the cost in your currency.

How can I view the cost in my own currency?

Under the UK (£/GBP) prices will be a link displayed as (Currency Converter). Click that and it will display the equivalent guided cost in the following currencies*

*Please note that these exchange rates are based on the daily bank rate and may differ to the exchange rate that your credit card provider charges. If you want an exact conversion we recommend that you check the exchange rate with your credit card provider.

Can you help with my promo code?

Codes are case sensitive so must be entered exactly as they are given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'GIFT VOUCHER / PROMOTIONAL CODE' box (you'll find this at the checkout above your ORDER SUMMARY).

Once you've entered the code, click on 'Update' and it will apply to your order. You'll be able to check this in the 'ORDER SUMMARY' section where the discount will show next to items that it is applicable to.

You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can't be applied later.

If you find that your promo code isn’t working then please check the below:

  • You can only use one discount/promo code per order. This applies to our free delivery codes too.
  • Discount/promo codes cannot be used with gift vouchers.
  • As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website.
  • Some codes will only work for specific people or for specific countries. The terms and conditions will state if the code can only be used in a certain country. If you’ve received the code in an email from us then the code may also be locked to that email address. Make sure you’re trying to use the code using your account that has the same email address as we sent the code to.

Can I use more than one promo code per order?

You can only use one discount/promo code per order. This applies to our free delivery codes too.

How can I purchase a gift voucher?

The good news is that buying a gift voucher is easy - just decide who you want to send it to and how much you want to spend.

It can take up to 24 hours for the gift voucher to be sent after you've placed your order.

Once the voucher has been received, it can be used anytime within the next 12 months.

At the moment you can only buy and redeem gift vouchers in £/GBP. If you’re ordering outside the UK your order will be shown in £/GBP at the checkout and in your confirmation emails, but if you pay with a credit/debit card, it will show in your own currency on your bank or credit card statement.

Do you offer paper or non-electric gift voucher?

As we’re an online retailer, we don’t send paper vouchers.

You can send the gift voucher to your own email address so you can print it out when you receive it.

Don’t forget to enter the name of the person you are giving the gift voucher to in the ‘To’ field.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed?

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we are not able to refund the difference.
