Can you tell me if you’re getting an item back in?

We don't currently have the facility to let you know when an item is due back in stock, but if it is popular, we can assure you that it will be coming back, providing that we can get hold of it.

Do you have a size guide?

As we are a retailer of lots of different brands, each with their own sizing specifications, it isn’t possible for us to provide a generic size guide. However, we do show the chest/waist that each size is intended to fit. You can find this information in the drop-down list that you use to select the size that you want to order.

What is Save Bag?

You're able to 'save' items for later in your ‘Saved Bags’ list for 30 days. If you're browsing the website and aren't ready to buy anything straight away, you can 'Save your bag' at the checkout and keep the items in your ‘Saved Bags’ list ready for when you want to buy - and you can keep tabs on your must have items in the meantime.

Please note, saving items for later does not reserve the items for you - items placed in your ‘Saved Bags’ list can still be bought by other customers.

Are your products genuine?

At Reem Clothing, we only stock genuine and authentic items, bought directly from the brands we offer – we don't buy fakes, so you can be sure the item you’ve received is genuine.

Where can I find a list of all the brands you stock?

There is a drop-down menu at the top of every page and if you hover over the Brands tab you will see a list of our most popular brands. At the bottom of this menu there is a ‘View More Brands’ button, click here to see a list of all of the brands that we currently stock.
