I’m having trouble signing into my account?

You must sign into your account before you can shop with us or if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn't recognised, follow the steps below:

  • Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
  • If you can't remember your password click on the 'forgotten password' link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and we'll send you an email with a computer generated password that will allow you to access your account. Passwords are case sensitive so enter the password in the exact format of which it is sent to you or copy and paste it when you log in again.
  • If after this you still can’t sign in, contact our Customer Service Team and they will assist you further.

How can I unsubscribe from your emails?

If you no longer wish to subscribe to our newsletters, you can unsubscribe simply by clicking on the unsubscribe link in one of our newsletters. Please note, once you unsubscribe, it can take up to 7 days for the change to take effect.

I can’t enter my full card expiry or valid from date at checkout?

When entering your card expiry/start date, ensure that you enter only the numbers, do not use the forward slash (/). For example, if your expiry date is 11/18, you must enter 1118 into the Expiry Date Field.

Is it safe to shop online?

We utilise the latest industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.
